MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- The E.U. countries have reached an initial agreement on the eighth round of anti-Russian sanctions, while a final decision should be coordinated next week, Reuters reported on Friday quoting diplomatic sources.
The permanent representatives of the 27 E.U. countries have discussed the suggestions and preliminary greenlit the package.
